Questions

How do I price pressure washing per square foot?

Measure the area (length x width), multiply by your rate per square foot and add any minimum charge. Rates vary a lot by region, surface and equipment, so start from what your local market pays and check that the job still covers your labour, chemicals and travel. The example rates here are only a starting point.

Why add a minimum job charge?

Small jobs still cost you travel, setup and clean-up time. A minimum charge makes sure every visit is worth doing.

What does the height multiplier change?

Only the lines ticked as 'height applies' (house wash, roof, gutters by default). Driveways and patios are not affected.

Is it free? What does Pro cost?

The calculator is free in your browser, with no account. Pro is a one-time payment of $19 for this tool: your business name on every quote, your own work items and a saved price book. No subscription.

Is this a CRM?

No. It is a quoting tool: it works out a price and prints a quote. It has no invoicing, no scheduling and no customer list, and you do not need an account. The numbers you type stay in your browser.

Prices and times are your own inputs: the example values are only a starting point, not market rates. Your data stays in your browser; only a licence key is checked when you unlock Pro.
