Questions
Should I price per window or per pane?
Both work. Per window is quicker to quote; per pane is fairer for French windows with many small panes. This calculator lets you mix both on the same quote.
How much more for second and third floors?
Upper floors take longer and need ladders or water-fed poles, so many cleaners add a percentage. Set your own multiplier; it only applies to the lines ticked as 'height applies'.
Do outside-only jobs cost less?
Usually yes, because you clean one side. The 'Sides cleaned' multiplier scales price and time for the whole job; set it to match how you work.
Is it free? What does Pro cost?
